Mark as Useful these people are rude and are threatening me with a lawsuit for a cash advance that i do not have...threatened to sue me..and threatened that the sun will not set on my house...i am reporting them to better business bureau and police...these people are terrorists!

Mark as Useful I received threating phone calls from this number. That stated that I owed money and that if I did not pay they were serving me with court papers. They also called all my family members saying I wrote a check fradulantely. I work for a company and we are close with a collection agency and the contact and my collection agency stated that EVERYTHING they say and do is AGAINST THE LAW. If they call you state that you know your rights and they are breaking (2) laws: 1 - The Fair Debt Collection Practices ACt and the Consumer Credit Protetction Act! And like I did notify the State of New York Attorney General!!!!

Mark as Useful Caller has been calling my home phone For over 3 weeks now, and it happens at least 10 to 20 times per day, including Saturdays, but NOT Sunday, ( Thank God).

Mark as Useful The phone often rings at supper time and this number appears on my call display. If I answer I hear a party in progress and no-one answers the phone. After 3o seconds I am disconnected and if I phone back--did this twice-- a voice says "there is no-one to speak to you. Have a shitty day."
